Who operates RobinLove
RobinLove is operated by Carter as an individual, independently of Robinhood
For account questions, privacy requests or a request to remove a story, contact @RobinLoveOnRH on X and send a direct message when available
If direct messages are unavailable, mention our account with a request to contact you, keep personal information out of public posts
X sign-in
When you choose to sign in with X, we use your X numeric user ID, username, display name and profile image to identify your account and show your profile
Supabase processes the sign-in and stores your account identity and session records, the application database is hosted in Singapore
This login requests read access to your profile, it does not request your email address, permission to publish posts or permission to follow accounts
Necessary session cookies keep you signed in and protect the authorization flow, signing out clears the local session
Local drafts and demo votes
Demo votes are stored in your browser, application drafts are saved locally only when you select Save on this device
Saving or downloading a draft does not submit it to RobinLove, clear the saved draft or this site’s browser storage to remove local data
Public stories and images
When you publish, your title, story, category, X username, profile image and selected images become public immediately
Uploaded images are decoded and converted to WebP with embedded metadata removed, up to three images may accompany a story
We store stories, images, publication timestamps, votes and reports in the Supabase application database, reports and moderation reasons are visible only to the moderation team
Do not enter identity documents, private addresses, medical records or other sensitive evidence, this release does not provide an evidence upload service
Retention and requests
We retain your sign-in identity while your account is active, you can contact Carter through the X account above to request access, correction or deletion
We may ask you to verify control of the account before acting on a request, limited records may need to be retained to investigate misuse or meet applicable requirements
You can also revoke the app’s access in your X account settings, revoking access does not automatically remove information already stored by RobinLove
Wallets and external services
Claiming a holder ticket requests a wallet signature, we record the public address, round, snapshot balance and claim for duplicate prevention and verification, no token approval or transaction is requested
Vercel hosts the website and processes request information to deliver and secure it, X and Supabase process the information needed for account authorization
External providers operate under their own privacy policies, opening an X link takes you to X
Withdrawing content
You can withdraw a story from your account to remove its text and images from public view, withdrawal does not erase moderation or vote records
Unpublished uploads are private to your account and moderators, unused uploads and withdrawn content remain stored until removed through a deletion request or maintenance, contact Carter to request deletion
Public material may be copied by other visitors, removing it here cannot remove those copies
